Workforce Development Plan
The successful accomplishment of the goals and objectives outlined in the Performance Management System depends on the extent to which all staff demonstrate a commitment to continually improve the work they are doing. This is commonly referred to as Continuous Quality Improvement and it is defined as a CULTURE, shared across individual, unit, and agency levels, where the examination of processes, systems and programs for potential improvements, and the implementation of improvement initiatives, is a routine part of daily work.
Developing a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement is a priority at ADH and a Quality Improvement Plan has been developed to guide this work.
