Act 811 of the 2019 Regular Session of the State of Arkansas 92nd General Assembly requires the formation of an Advisory Private Care Agency and Home Healthcare Services Agency Rule Working Group. Health Facility Services is seeking participation in this group. This position will not be eligible for reimbursement for expenses, per diem or stipend and will expire on November 1, 2019.

All meetings will be held in the offices of Health Facility Services located at 5800 West Tenth Street, Suite 400, Little Rock, AR  72204.

Member selection will be approved by the Director of the Department of Health and will include the following: One (1) member from a list of individuals provided by the Home Care Association of Arkansas, three (3) members from a list of individuals provided by private care agencies; and three (3) members from a list of individuals provided by home healthcare services agencies that provide unskilled home healthcare services.
