This public hearing is to allow interested persons to comment on the proposed adoption of Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Reportable Disease pursuant to Act 96 of 1913.

Copies of the proposed Rules and Regulations are available for public inspection and copying at www.healthy.arkansas.gov and in the Immunization and Outbreak Response Section, Room # 261, at the Arkansas Department of Health.

The public may submit written comments no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 1, 2018. Comments may be sent by mail or email to:
