Description
The Tobacco Prevention & Cessation Program Advisory Committee shall conduct regular meetings once a quarter in order to advise and assist the Arkansas Board of Health in carrying out the provisions of Act 1572 of 2001. The Advisory Committee may, in consultation with the Department of Health, make recommendations to the Board of Health on the strategic plans for the prevention, cessation, and awareness elements of the comprehensive Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program.
