The Arkansas Department of Health will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2019 in Room #L137 of the Department of Health building at 4815 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, to allow interested persons to comment on the proposed amendment of the following rules:
