To allow interested persons to comment on the proposed amendment of the following rules: Rules Pertaining to the List of Controlled Substances in Arkansas.

Copies of the proposed Rules are available at www.healthy.arkansas.gov and at Pharmacy Services, Room #357, 3rd Floor South, at the Department of Health.

The public may submit written comments no later than 4:30pm on September 26, 2019.
