The Arkansas Department of Health, Section of Health Facility Services, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 801 of the Freeway Medical Tower, 5800 West 10th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, to allow interested persons to comment on proposed revisions to the Rules for Home Health Agencies in Arkansas pursuant to Act 811 of 2019 and Ark. Code Ann. §§20-10-801 et seq; and the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act.
