Cigarette Burns
Single Slap
Multiple cigarette burns  to an infant. Often confused by non-clinical personnel as a disease process  (e.g. impetigo or chicken pox). Multiple injuries from   a single, open-handed slap to the face. Note laceration of upper lip, torn labial frenum, bruising in the maxillary vestibule, and subluxation of the central incisor.
Subluxation Neglect
Subluxation of primary maxillary cuspid from a blow to the face. Dental neglect resulting in multiple carious teeth with abcessess.
