- Installer’s, Maintenance Provider’s, and Septic Tank Cleaner’s exams are administered at the Arkansas Rural Water Association facility, 240 Dee Dee Lane, Lonoke, AR, exit #175 off I-40 East and will begin at 8:30 am.
- Designated Representative Exams are administered four times per year on the dates listed below. The location will be determined closer to the exam date.
