How do I access my Breastcare WebRA?

In order to access your breastcare webRA you must log in to the Medicaid website at www.medicaid.state.ar.us and use your breastcare legacy ID number for the log in and your tax ID for the password. You will then be prompt to create a new password. Once you are logged in you will look to the left hand side of your screen and click on WebRA. WebRA requires you to create a password. The password has to be between 8 and 32 characters, contains at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 special character. This password is case sensitive.

How do I make a request for an RA?

You may call 1-855-661-7830 to make a request for an RA. A RA request form will be faxed to you. Once you have sent in payment for the RA you will receive your RA either by fax or mail.

How can I add a physician to my group?

To add an physician, complete the provider name and specialty form and fax to BreastCare. Instructions on how to complete the form are available here. Should you have any additional questions, please call 501-661-2836 for assistance. 

How do I access the ADH online system?

Go to https://health.arkansas.gov/adhinternetapps

You will enter your clinic email address that was provided on your Public Health Service Agreement and then click on request access. NOTE: Each clinic, under your group, must request access to the online system.  Once access has been requested you will receive an email from BreastCare with a link to setup password. Enter password of your choice and confirm to login. Keep in mind that only providers who enroll BreastCare patients should request access.

I’ve entered my results on the ADH online system. Why is my claim still rejecting?

Make sure that you enter the correct exam type in the ADH online system. For example if you are billing a 99203 the exam type should be Initial Exam, 99213 should be Annual Exam, and the 99212 should be Follow up Exam. 

A client has a Breastcare ID card with eligible effective dates but when I try to bill her claim it states that the client is ineligible. What do I do now?

Please call 501-661-2836 and provide the client ID # so that the client’s eligibility can be researched and added to the system.

Please call 501-661-2836 or 501-661-2947 to check email address entered on Public Health Service Agreement. NOTE: BreastCare cannot reset passwords to login online system. You will need to logon and click reset password.
