Arkansas’s BreastCare is a public health program of the Arkansas Department of Health created as a result of federal funding from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Breast Cancer Act of 1997.
BreastCare is administered by the Arkansas Department of Health with guidance from the eight-member Breast Cancer Control Advisory Board appointed by the Governor of Arkansas.
