Arkansas State Plan of Operations FFY2014

The Arkansas WIC Program is required by United States Department of Agriculture/Food and Nutrition Service (USDA/FNS) to submit an annual State Plan of Operations as a pre-requisite to receiving funds. The plan must include information specified in the Federal WIC Regulations (7 CFR 246). The State Plan describes how the state will operate the WIC Program.   The final plan and any changes must be approved by FNS.   Oversight for the Arkansas WIC Program is by the Southwest Regional Office of FNS in Dallas, Texas.  The plan may be revised due to USDA requirements or recommendations.
